Baccara

Baccara is a ballad that eulogizes a man's most invested memory which grows feeble with the passage of time. Just as the baccara grows into a blooming black flower so are the memories. .
AS THE BACCARA GROWS
FROM A SMALL SEED
TO A BEAUTIFUL BLACK ROSE
AND THE PETALS SHED,
WHEN THE STRONG WIND BLOWS.

SO IT IS FOR MEMORIES
FROM A SMALL HAPPY MINUTE OR DISMAY
IT TAKES THE FORM OF HANDWRITTEN GLORIES
AND THEN THEY FADE
AS LIFE GOES ON IT WAYS.

Baccara is a ballad that eulogizes a man's most invested memory which grows feeble with the passage of time. Just as the baccara grows into a blooming black flower so are the memories. The falling of petals is fading the most invested memory of the man.
